A Little About Me

I believe healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a trauma-informed lens, creating space for clients to explore their experiences without judgment and move toward greater connection with themselves and others.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents while also supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relational wounds, and questions of identity and belonging. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one where we can gently explore the stories we've carried, understand the ways those stories have shaped us, and discover new ways of moving through the world with greater self-compassion and authenticity.

My work is grounded in the belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and accepted exactly where they are. Together, we'll build on your existing strengths, develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges, and create a space where growth feels possible, even when the path forward feels uncertain.

Whether I'm supporting clients in the classroom, the playroom, or the therapy room, my goal is always the same: to meet people where they are—with softness, presence, and hope. Healing isn't about becoming someone new; it's about reconnecting with the person you've always been beneath the pain, and discovering that you don't have to walk that journey alone.

    My Story

I became a therapist because I believe every person deserves a space where they don't have to earn acceptance, explain away their pain, or carry life's hardest moments alone.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work full time as a school-based mental health provider while also serving clients in private practice. I have a particular passion for supporting children and adolescents, helping them develop emotional awareness, healthy boundaries, resilience, and confidence during some of the most formative years of their lives.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility. I believe healing isn't about fixing what is broken—it's about creating enough safety to explore our stories, understand the ways we've adapted to survive, and discover new ways of relating to ourselves and the people around us.

Whether I'm supporting a child in the classroom, walking alongside a teen in therapy, or sitting with an adult navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, my hope is always the same: that every person who walks through my door leaves feeling a little less alone than when they arrived.

Healing is rarely linear, and growth is often messy. But I believe that with the right support, even our most painful experiences can become places of resilience, self-understanding, and hope.
