I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which I earned in May of 2024. I’m currently pursuing full licensure while working full time as a school-based mental health provider and part time in a group private practice. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—and that no one is ever too far gone or too young to begin that process.

I’m especially passionate about building up the next generation by equipping children and adolescents with the tools they need to thrive—emotion regulation, self-awareness, boundary-setting, and the ability to name and honor their needs. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility. I bring not only my clinical training to the work, but also the insights I’ve gained through my own healing journey.

Whether I’m supporting a child in the classroom, walking alongside a teen in therapy, or writing about the messiness of growth, my heart is always the same: to offer a space where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to reclaim their stories.
